Us mad scientists are at it again, mixing homemade herbs and essential oils into our very own medicine for combatting the stressors of every day life. In our last post on Eating Essential Oils, we looked at which combinations boost your body's immunity.

Today, we're looking at the custom combinations that help you chill out...holistically.

We've all had days that are difficult to come down from, situations that near impossible to power through, and moments when we're at risk of fear running the show. These natural powerhouses will help your nervous system calm down and your brain quiet so you can get the daily rest and relaxation that you so desperately deserve.

Tapping your essential oils into the clear vegetable capsules and gulping them down expedites the effect of these potent potions and cultivates a sense of calm and relaxation from the inside out.

Remember, a few drops of essential oils can also be dropped into your palms, rubbed together, and inhaled for a similar effect. Learn more about what each oil promotes below:

>> StressAway essential oil promotes emotional well-being. This blend of lime, vanilla, lavender, and copaiba encourages flexibility of the mind and centering.

>> Frankincense essential oil supports the nervous system during times of stress. This is one of the most spiritual oils and wonderful for diffusing during your meditation practice.

>> Lemon essential oil supports a calm nervous system. It also clears and boosts the lungs and sinuses. It is 100% pure and comes directly from the peel. It takes 75 lemons to make one 15-mL bottle of lemon oil.

>> Lavender essential oil is soothing and promotes a restful sleep. It helps relax the nervous system and can be used alongside many beauty products.
