Group Text: What Workout/Fitness Class Do You Want To Try This Year?
New Year, New Chance to get that body movin’ and groovin’.
For big city girls and boys, there are hundreds (and seemingly endless amounts) of advanced and enhanced workout classes popping up every day. And sure, consistency is key, and maintaining a daily habit around your sweat sessions will prove more than likely to deliver the results you so desire. But also, how freaking fun is it to venture out and try something more offbeat every now and again?
I’ll be using my New Year, New Adventures resolution as an excuse to try out the New York Trapeze School, Kundalini Yoga, SLT, Infrared Sauna Grottos (yes, I sometimes count still breathing and sweating a ton as a proper workout), and, I vow to go swimming more often.
