Group Text: What's Your Favorite Body Part?

All the Body Talk going on has us getting super intimate with ourselves and the unique parts that make us up. Inherently, there is no good or bad part of you! All just is as it is, as a result of the journey you've taken. Look at yourself, and love your body parts for bringing you here -- to the unique place you're in today. And don't stop reminding those parts of their essential role in igniting your purpose in life. My favorite body part (or, can I choose parts!?) would be my legs. They (literally) bring me from place to place, and allow me to obtain direct connection with Mother Earth, no matter where I may be. What about you? What's your favorite body part?     My legs. They empower me to do the things I love most. Running, dancing, yoga, rollerblading, wandering — and who doesn’t love getting a pedicure ;)

    I used to hate my thunder thighs (no thigh gap here) but now I’m proud of how strong they are and all the things they let me do. And my dude loves them. #thickthighssavelives, y’all.

    I love my butt. I sometimes I pretend its huge like a Kimmy K and booty dance around my apt to make my fiance laugh. Even though its small I work out a lot so I am really proud of it.

    I love my hands! Though they are rarely perfectly polished or painted, they’re something that I often get compliments on, and I love being able to dress them up with jewelry/rings (rings have always been my favorite!). I think it’s so beautiful to watch hands creating things too, and I appreciate them every day for all that they help me do!

    When I was uncomfortable in my skin and scared of my body I would answer this question by saying my eyelashes because I was scared of bringing attention to anything with real PHYSICALITY. I’ve learned that that’s not okay. I love my hips. I love the distance from my waste to my hips, I love the silhouette they give me, I love the heritage they tie me to, and I love love love moving them. And I tell myself they’ll make birth a wee bit easier :)

    I love my clavicle area. The bones are so pronounced and delicate, I feel like it really makes me look feminine – something I feel like I struggle with. I love wearing tank tops that show it and try to often.
