We're overly obsessed  summer city adventures just got taken to a whole new level. And with the Olympics coming up next weekend, we're feeling the spirit of a determined (albeit super sexy) athlete. We're feeling some kind of weekend plant-based burger is in store  and not just any burger, but a big, juicy, and dare we say bleeding burger. We were thoroughly inspired by this hunk of veggie meatand can't wait to get our mouths on it. But until then, we'll have to experiment in developing our own. This guide is a helpful starting point.

 

WHAT WE'RE BUYING AT THE MARKET ~

Pepquinos, aka watermelon cucumbers! These are doll sized watermelons, in the satiating form of a cumber. Not only are we stocking up on these beauties for weekend munching, but we're currently using them in our Sakara Panzanella salad. Get em while they're cool ;)
