Recipe: Aloha Almond Protein Bites
- 5 tblsp almond butter
- 1 packet Aloha vanilla protein powder
- 4 tblsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 10 goji berries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1. Mix protein powder, almond butter and cinnamon together until fully blended. Add in almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time as you blend.
2. Add in oats and blend together
3. Roll mix into 1.5 inch balls
4. Coat bites in shredded coconut
5. Top each bite with 1 goji berry
Makes 10 bites.
