Bari Moves For Better Arms, Abs & Buns
This New Year's Challenge has been kicking my butt - in a good way. From the mindful mornings to the conscious eatings to the sweat-drenched workouts, every inch of my body and soul is being stretched and strengthened. In fact, these workouts have been so good, that I asked Bari trainer Ashley Wilking to share some of the goods. Here are her top workouts for leaner arms, stronger abs, and tighter buns.
ARMS: 15-20 reps, 3x each side
