BANANA GHOST! BUSTER POPS (RECIPE)
We're all about the tricks AND treats for Halloween.
BANANA GHOST POPS RECIPE
• 4 bananas
• 1/2 bag white chocolate chips
• 4 tbsp coconut butter
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• handful dark chocolate chips
• additional nuts/toppings of your choice!
• popsicle or lollipop sticks
Peel your bananas and cut in half. Stick a popsicle/lollipop stick in each, lay down on plate, and put in freezer to chill.
While bananas are in the freezer, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut butter and gently melt in a microwave or double boiler over the stove. As the white chocolate mixture is melting, continue to stir so it has even consistency.
Once chocolate is melted take out your bananas and dip in the white chocolate, then sprinkle or roll in the coconut flakes until covered. Place the chocolate chips where the eyes and mouth should be for all bananas. Place back and in freezer and let chill for about 4 more hours. Enjoy!
