Banana Oat Fiber Pancakes
Comforting, lightly sweet banana oat pancakes with a fiber boost for a truly feel-good breakfast.
These banana oat pancakes are bolstered by our Fiber Super Powder, making it a true treat for your gut health.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup plant-based milk of choice
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 scoop Sakara Fiber Super Powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Cook on a lightly oiled skillet over medium-low heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until set and golden.
- Top with fresh fruit, almond butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
