Its raison d'etre as a meal or snack is to be quick, tasty, nutritionally complete, and above all, easy. As in, don't-even-need-a-plate-or-fork easy.

To make a blend that does it all with less effort, we recommend starting with a simple base of frozen banana (to ensure the perfect texture), a splash of non-dairy milk, a handful of greens, and an all-in-one nutrition powder that ticks multiple boxes. Protein + Greens Super Powder does just that, with organic plant protein from four whole-food sources alongside a dose of detoxifying greens and grasses.

Below we're sharing our signature Protein + Greens Super Powder smoothie recipe, otherwise known as the last smoothie recipe you'll ever need. It's got all the essentials and is delicious as is, but you are free to take creative license with your flavor profile. Try adding in a handful of berries here, a pinch of cinnamon there...anything that inspires you.

Ingredients (makes 1 smoothie)

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.

  • 1/2 a medium banana, frozen
  • 1 handful spinach, washed
  • 1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon healthy fat (try coconut oil, nut butter, or seeds)
  • 1 sachet Protein + Greens Super Powder
  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • Optional: sweeten to taste w/ 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or raw honey

Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy.

Play with these flavor combinations:
  • Raw cacao powder + fresh mint leaves
  • Dried dates + cardamom + cinnamon + ginger + vanilla
  • Pineapple + coconut butter
  • Mango + turmeric + cayenne + coconut yogurt
