INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and nutritional yeast, ensuring the chickpeas are well coated.
- Place in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool and enjoy!
