Metabolism-Boosting Espresso Tonic

When you feel like the word “sluggish” personified, this is the tonic to turn things around—like an espresso martini, minus the hangover.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1-2 shots espresso or 2 ounces coffee
• ⅓ cup heavy coconut cream or heavy cream
• 1 scoop Metabolism Super Powder
• ⅓ cup sparkling water/tonic water
• Ice

DIRECTIONS:

1. With an electric whisk, combine Metabolism Super Powder and heavy cream until Metabolism Super Powder is completely dissolved and the cream becomes light and whipped, between 30 seconds to 1 minute.
2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in sparkling water, followed by espresso (or coffee), and finish with a generous scoop of the Metabolism Super Powder -infused cream on top.
