I work with problematic skin as a main focus. It's really important to consider a 360 approach when going on a skin clearing journey. Diet and lifestyle absolutely can affect your skin in multiple ways, and it's important to look at all aspects when considering your skin. Although limited data, to me there is a clear connection between your gut and your skin (we work with over 700 people a month).
It's very important to make sure you're eliminating correctly each day (I can't believe I talk about this daily!). You're aiming for 25-35 grams of fiber daily to move everything through your body appropriately. A fiber supplement (I love the Sakara one), adding a cup of berries to your breakfast, avocado, whole grains, beans, there are lots of ways!
