Your journey begins with the Level II: Detox on your selected start date. Once your detox is complete, your two-week Signature Nutrition Program begins automatically and continues for two consecutive weeks. No additional steps needed on your end. Your supplements will arrive separately.

Your Level II: Detox meals will arrive the week of your selected start date. Your Signature Nutrition Program meals will follow in the two consecutive weeks after your detox concludes. Your supplements (Metabolism Bite, Beauty Biome, and Fiber Super Powder) will ship at the time of purchase and will arrive within 4–10 business days.

You may choose from the following start dates at checkout: June 1, June 8, June 15, July 13, and July 20.

Your exact delivery days and timeframes will be confirmed at checkout based on your zip code. Here's how deliveries are structured throughout the program:

During your Level II: Detox week, you'll receive two deliveries—one at the start of the week with your first three days of the detox, and a second delivery mid-week with the final two days of the detox. If you're on the five-day Signature Nutrition Program, the same delivery schedule continues for each of your two Signature Nutrition Program weeks.

If you're on the three-day Signature Nutrition Program, after your detox week you'll receive one delivery at the beginning of each week with all three days of meals.

The Summer Starts with Sakara bundle is a set program, thoughtfully designed as a complete experience. Meal swaps and customizations are not available within this bundle. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please reach out to our team for alternative suggestions.

The Sakara Level II: Detox Program is unique in that it’s a fresh, whole-food detox, offering a deeper cleanse than the Signature Nutrition Program while delivering fast results. Level II: Detox is intentionally crafted with specific ingredients to support detox pathways in the body, enhanced by targeted supplements, hydration touchpoints, and carefully curated food exclusions. This program also incorporates practices to promote cellular autophagy, taking detoxification a step deeper than the Signature Nutrition Program to optimize cellular health and renewal.

The program eliminates gluten, dairy, refined sugar, grains, soy, nightshades, corn, alcohol, caffeine, and processed foods to reduce inflammation and support optimal detoxification. These exclusions minimize exposure to common triggers that can cause inflammation or adverse reactions, allowing the digestive system to rest and repair, and the body to optimize its ability to eliminate toxins.

Absolutely. Our summer program is designed to be a complete introduction to the Sakara ecosystem—from cleansing and nourishment to daily supplementation and movement.

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, once a program is purchased, refunds will not be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances.
