I’m a mother of two daughters, Navy and June, and the founder of Dialogue New York, a digital marketing agency behind brands like Seed, Ghia, ThredUp, and Bilt (and Sakara, one of my earliest and longest-standing clients!). I lead a team of ten women who believe in the power of authentic dialogues in influencer marketing.

Julianne Fraser
Mother. Founder.
Aspiring Cuisinière.
I used to love a long workout and slow getting-ready ritual, but they had me waking up at an ungodly hour, feeling rushed to be back home for when my daughters wake up at 7:30. I recently swapped it for 30-minute morning jogs instead. I can still get a good night's sleep, get caught up on podcasts for work, grab a cappuccino, and start the day with a runner's high.
The Metabolism Protein Super Bar—my go-to snack between school drop offs and client meetings.
Hilary Hoffman
Founder. Trainer.
Mother of Twins.
I’m a trainer and the founder of SotoMethod. As a former NYC banker, I know firsthand that wellness has to fit real life...real schedules, real stress, and sustainable results. And now, as a mom of 10-month-old twins, helping others feel powerful inside a busy life is even more important to me.
For me, it’s a workout. Some days that’s a full 50-minute class; other days it’s five minutes between calls. Both count.
The breakfasts have been (and will always be) my number one. The muffins? Incredible. The waffles? Transcendent.
Jane Roggen
Content Creator. Marketing Consultant. New Mother.
I’m a mom to two boys, a marketing freelancer and content creator, and a brand-new co-founder of a mobile Swedish candy truck—all while decorating our home and cooking for my family. I’m in the beautiful chaos of balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship, choosing self-care in small, meaningful moments.
Moving my body every day (stretching, quick Pilates), cooking as therapy, eating balanced meals that are comforting and nourishing… And my bath ritual, to signal my body to slow down.
I love how easy The Foundation was for a first-time mom, giving me exactly what I needed without the stress or second-guessing—all in one packet. Knowing that Sakara was founded by women with a deep understanding of what a woman’s body needs, it helped me feel seen, supported and cared for.
Tara Thomas
Chef. Hospitality Artist. Dreamer.
As a chef and hospitality director, bringing abundance into the chaos is my world. My recipe to balance the two is taking care of myself, whether that is lying in bed, water coloring, gardening, eating something indulgent, going dancing… This is what allows me the stillness to dream.
Breakfast! In the morning, when the world is still quiet, having a long breakfast finished with my coffee gets me going. Long walks, too.
Serene State—because there’s so much emphasis around productivity. What about play? Serene State is my favorite ritual to release out of work mode and into play. I love taking it when I’m working to feel creative, present, and joyful.
Katy Schuele Scanlan
Mother. Trainer. Podcast Host.
I’m a mom, lifestyle creator, and senior trainer for The Sculpt Society. Alongside sharing motherhood, wellness, and NYC living, I co-host a weekly podcast with my mom called Honest to Pete. I love creating content that helps women feel seen, supported, and a little more balanced.
A quick workout truly resets my mood and makes me feel strong. I always make time for real, nourishing food, smoothies, greens, protein—but I also let myself enjoy the fun stuff (like the chicken fingers I ordered the other night). Oh, and calling my mom. She always settles me.
As a busy mom constantly on the move in the city, I swear by the Serene State gummies. Two of them after my daughter’s bedtime is my favorite way to unwind and feel grounded again.
Hani Avital
Mother. Lover. Clinical Sexologist.
Motherhood, my private practice as a multicultural clinical sexologist, and being a partner-in-crime to my love.
Healthy meals, 20 minutes of exercise daily, morning journaling, mediation with my son by my side, expressing myself through dance on a weekly basis, and devoted time for self-pleasure.
Definitely Night Service. After becoming a mother, my sleep naturally shifted lighter, more attuned to every little sound. I tried many different sleep supports, hoping to find something that felt gentle yet truly restorative. Night Service offers deeper, more luscious rest and allows me to wake up feeling like I can pour even more love into the juggling act of life.
