Although The Foundation contains food cofactors to aid absorption and prevent digestive discomfort, we recommend taking them with breakfast or lunch, plus plenty of water (at least 8 oz). It is best not to take The Foundation at night as the B vitamins promote mental clarity, focus, and energy which is typically best utilized earlier in the day.

We do not recommend taking another multivitamin while on The Foundation. Depending on what other supplements you currently take, the nutrients may already be contained in The Foundation, and we do not advise exceeding their recommended daily amount. You can find The Foundation’s ingredients and nutrient facts here. If you have any additional concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare practitioner.

We made the decision to move to plastic film packets for our daily supplement packs to ensure that you are getting the freshest and most potent supplements each day. We understand that some people may not go through their 30 day supply of The Foundation/Prenatal within 30 days and the expiration date comes up so quickly! With using plastic we are able to keep the supplements fresh and stable for up to 2 years.

Our supplements are tested at an independent laboratory for micros, heavy metals, and allergens on each production run to ensure that they meet product specifications and are safe for consumption.
