Valentine's Day Cacao + Coconut Truffles

These wonder bites combine healthy ingredient—from coconut flakes to dates, figs and cacao—into a decadent dessert option you can feel good about.
So, the next time you’re in need of a little February (or anytime) pick-me-up, refer straight to this recipe."
- 1 cup dried figs
- 1/2 cups dried dates
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 2 ½ teaspoons Himalayan salt
- ¼ cup organic raw honey
- ¼ cup organic hemp seeds
- ¼ cup organic coconut sugar
- ¼ cup organic raw cacao powder
In a high speed blender, blend together dates, figs, coconut, walnuts, hemp, honey, cacao, and salt. Blend thoroughly until the batter comes together. Mix together coconut sugar and cacao and roll balls in powder. Makes: 25 balls
