How can you have the most blissful day ever? It may be something we all struggle with on a daily basis, but our ultimate #SakaraMan Gregg Drusinky has found the perfect recipe for a day full of love, nutrients, and bliss. And, lucky for us...he's willing to share. 

Blissful Day Recipe:

  1. Wake up - meditate
  2. Sex
  3. 1 shot of apple cider vinegar
  4. Cup of green tea
  5. Hot bath
  6. Yoga Asana practice
  7. Bowl of warm Kitchari
  8. Work for 4 hours
  9. Lunch: plants, beans, squash
  10. Quick meditative reset
  11. Work for 4 hours
  12. Short cardio: jog, bike, etc
  13. Sex
  14. Dinner: plants, squash, clean protein
  15. Brisk walk outside
  16. Read or idiot box (aka TV...guilty)
  17. Sleep


Key Things To Keep In Mind:

  1. Limit social media browsing. Put the phone down
  2. Don't argue with people, It's not worth it
  3. Always, always do things for others
  4. Eat clean
  5. Smile
  6. Spend as much time outside as possible
