As the weather cools down, your body craves nourishing foods to help it make energy and keep you toasty. Nothing warms you up like a hearty bowl of oatmeal. It nourishes you, fills you up, fuels you with energy. Plus, it's full of fiber, so you’ll stay satisfied longer.

Apple Pie Overnight Oats
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- sliced almonds
- cacao nibs
In a bowl, combine apple (chopped into small pieces), oats, chia seeds, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add almond milk and mix ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight – or at least 2 hours
When you’re ready to eat, simply place oats in a pot on the stove. Stir until warm. Remove from heat and top with your choice of granola, nuts or nibs – and you’re ready to eat!
