Eating Essential Oils Part III: For Energy + Positivity

Please note that not all essential oils can be consumed! We use therapeutic-grade essential oils from Young Living Essential Oils. You can learn more about the oils or order them here. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years and believed to have many spiritual and mental benefits. We put these myths to the test and created our own capsules to pick us up out of a slump whether we need a mood reboot, an infusion of creativity or a little extra energy. We are seekers and experimenters, sometimes willing to put our own bodies on the line for the sake of discovery and innovation. This month, we've been playing with our food-grade essential oils and creating tiny capsules of nature's medicine to boost our immunity and relax the nervous system. Tapping your essential oils into the clear vegetable capsules and gulping them down expedite the effects of these potent potions and cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation - from the inside out.
