  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • 6 leaves, fresh mint  
  • 2 sprigs, rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons, chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon, charcoal powder
  • 1 heaping teaspoon, organic honey
  • 4 tablespoons, coconut yogurt (she recommends The Coconut Cult)
  • 1/4 teaspoon, Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ice, as needed
