Now that we know all about inflammation and the havoc it inevitably wreaks on our beautiful bodies (that is, if we're eating a diet of highly inflammatory foods and not saying the kindest of words to ourselves...). Here is one of our favorite inflammation cooling tonics, to tone down your inner fire, without sacrificing your imagination's blazing energy.

Inflammation Cooling Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp Prash (sidenote: we are so, so obsessed with this stuff)
  • 2 to 3 tsp of tocos
  • 1 tsp of ashwagandha
  • a pinch of black peppercorn
  • 1 TBSP of organic coconut butter
  • 1 cup of just-before-boiling water
  • sprinkle of stevia, if desired for sweetness (we highly recommend)

 

DIRECTIONS:

Throw all ingredients lovingly into a blender, blend it up, pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy all the de-flaming, endocrine- and nervous system-rebalancing powers that this cuppa provides!
