A pared-down salad at home can still pack a flavorful punch; these paprika and maple dusted nuts and seeds will electrify your lunch with healthy fats and a sweet-and-spicy twist. Drizzle on the decadent tahini ranch, and your lunch is bound to feel special.  




  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons tahini 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, diced 
  • ⅓ cup of water 
  • ⅓ cup fresh chopped herbs (suggested: parsley, chives, and dill)
  • Salt + pepper to taste 




  1. In a bowl place tahini, lemon juice, herbs, ⅓ cup of water, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and whisk until smooth. Season with salt + pepper to taste. 
  2. Place leafy greens, avocado, cucumber, and radish in a bowl, dress with Tahini dressing, and top with Adaptogenic Superseed + Nut Blend
