Hot List: Amanda Kloots, Creator of The Rope Class
Within just a few minutes spent with Amanda Kloots, her contagious and positive energy shines brighter than anything else around. A former Radio City Rockette turned Broadway performer, and then head trainer of Body by Simone, Amanda has since developed her own unique jump rope meets dance cardio workout called The Rope (Arielle of Something Navy and Hannah Bronfman of HBFIT are fans). When she’s not getting us New Yorkers to jump, dance and tone, she’s charming us with her infectious smile, and balancing out her love of desserts with her daily Sakara meals. #SakaraHotList

What do you do to stay hot? I jump rope! It is the best way to burn calories, and I created a full body workout using just the rope!
When do you feel hot? Because I spend my days in workout clothes, I feel hot when I get to wear a dress and heels!
What's a hot project you're working on right now? I'm in rehearsals for Crazy For You at Lincoln Center. It is a 25th Anniversary concert version of the show but I'm tap dancing every day! I love to dance!
What's the next hot way to workout? The Rope and The Dance class obviously!
