What’s the next how thing in wellness? Collagen! I’m already on that tip. I put it in my smoothie every morning.

What do you do to stay hot? Why does it work? Kissing, loving, and cozy time with my boyfriend keeps me HOT, it’s just the chemical and physical attraction that works perfectly. <3 And of course eating delicious foods, meditation, self-care, and some yoga cat-cows do the trick too.
When do you feel hot? Dancing definitely makes me feel hot, where I can be free and totally in my body.
